i had previously given this agency and its staff 5 stars until today, march 3 2023, i went there to cancel my policy. i dealt with a condescending and unhelpful female employee. she was very smug and sarcastic and did not want to acknowledge my request to cancel my policy. i asked her to cancel and she said they could not. she said i needed to submit something in writing. i wonder what would have happened if i was not there in person, would they have canceled my policy? i guess i will find out when i get my credit card bill. i am not happy with the way i was treated and i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
as of today the 9th of march 2023, i can highly recommend all the team on hayden and blair. courteous, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, i walked in with a question about a payment, stepped out the door 15 minutes later with everything taken care of and a smile on my face. excellent customer service at this agency.
