i have been a customer of uspg for over 10 years. they have always been there for me when i needed them. when i had a claim, they were quick to respond and helped me get my life back on track. i highly recommend uspg to anyone looking for an insurance company.
i've had uspg for several years for my home owners and auto insurance. never had a claim, but over the years customer service has gone down and rates are going up. i thought that once i reached the age of 55 i might see a decrease in my rates but not with uspg. i just received a renewal notice and my auto insurance has increased by 30%. i've shopped around and found the same coverage for $500 less per year. uspg will not match the competitors rates so i have decided to switch insurance companies.
