do not sign up with them. if your agent is michelle, you will not get service from the beginning. it has been over 8 months that i submitted my initial application to them and i have not heard back from michelle. i was asked to send additional documents and i did. after she received them, she stopped responding to emails and phone calls. even the managers that i was escalated to (jason and jessica) are not helping. i am so frustrated with this company and i would not recommend them to anyone. i have not even gotten insurance yet and i am already experiencing the worst customer service. i would give them 0 stars if i could.
