this insurance agency was not so bad. there was nothing spectacular about them or their service. i was able to get a policy and it was affordable enough. their customer service is okay. i have gotten better service from other insurance companies. there were no problems until it came time to file a claim. i had to wait an exceedingly long time and i had to call in several times. the hold times were long and i felt put off. they didn't seem as concerned about my accident as i was.

this agency is a must if you need good and reliable insurance. the plans are amazing and affordable. the agency gives you loads of options to pick from. the customer service is great and they really do care about their clients. any time i have questions they are always there to help and provide answers. their response time is amazing. i also like the fact that they work with you to find a plan that fits your budget and needs. i will recommend them to anyone in need of insurance. oh and did i mention that i love how they check up on their customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their service.
