silicon benefits is one of the worst insurance agencies in the dallas-fort worth metroplex. i would not recommend this insurance to anyone. i have been a customer for over 5 years and i have had nothing but problems. the customer service is terrible and they are always trying to find ways to deny your claims. i am currently looking for a new insurance agency.
silicon benefits covered almost all of my medical bills and i could not thank them enough. i was diagnosed with cancer two years ago and i thought i would never be able to sustain my financial burdens but silicon benefits came to my rescue. i would recommend this insurance to anyone.
