this place needs to be shut down immediately! the worst insurance provider! they do not respond, they do not provide the coverage that they bill you for. you call to have them correct and they don't. they always have a different reason why they have not resolved the issue. i have paid insurance with them since 2018-2020 and i'm glad to see that i am not the only customer who has had issues. i just wish i would have checked reviews before going with this company. save your money and run away from this fake company.
we just moved here from new york and were looking for home and auto insurance pretty quickly. we found state farm nearby and everyone was incredibly helpful from the start. we actually had the opportunity to meet all three agents in the office, all of whom were very friendly and knowledgeable. they all jumped in to help each other when needed. they were very friendly, patient, and welcoming. they provided excellent service and amazing rates. highly recommend!
