here is another example of poor customer service.first i have been with oncken for years. we had a $600 bill in december. we paid it in full. we just got another bill for 648.48. i called to find out why. the rude lady i spoke with said we owed it. i said we paid it in full. she said we didn't. i hung up and found my bank statement where it clearly shows we paid them. i called back and spoke with someone else. she checked and said we did pay it. so then she said we owed a late fee of 48.48 $. fine i said and paid it. she said we were all set.obviously not as we just got another bill for 648.48. my husband just called and she was very rude to him also. he cussed her out and hung up. she called back and left a very nasty message.
