this insurance company has the worst customer service experience ever. i have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and i have never been treated so poorly. i recently filed a claim, and the claims adjuster was incredibly rude and unhelpful. he made me feel like i was a bother, and he did everything he could to avoid helping me. i will never do business with this company again.
