"paid my insurance on time every month and was never late and never missed a payment, also never filed a claim. then i get into an accident where i'm not at fault and now my rates go up because of it??? makes no sense but whatever i paid the increase, then all of a sudden i get a letter in the mail saying i've been canceled because my car is "un-insurable" and to find other coverage. all this after being a customer for 10 years, paying on time every month, never filing a claim and not being at fault in the accident my rates are going up for.
"i have been with this insurance company for several years now and i have been very happy with them. i have never had any problems with them and they have always been very helpful and courteous. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company."
