I am very disappointed with the service from this insurance agency. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always been happy with the service. However, recently I have had a claim and the service has been terrible. The claims adjuster has been rude and unhelpful. I have been waiting for over a month for my claim to be processed and I still do not have an answer. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received.
