i have been a customer of brown & brown of south carolina, inc for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have always been there for me when i needed them. i highly recommend this insurance agency.
brown & brown of south carolina, inc is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had such a horrible experience. i recently filed a claim for a car accident and was treated like a criminal. the adjuster was rude and dismissive, and i was made to feel like i was trying to scam them. i will never do business with this company again.
