extremely dissatisfied! the absolute worst insurance agency i have ever used. i was quoted one rate and when my bill was due it was $200 more than i was quoted, i was told it was because it was an estimate and i should have known it would be more.
some of the advisors were very helpful and patient. the ones that were not so helpful made me have to call back several times to get my questions answered. i've been a client since 2010 and my policy seems to increase every year for the same coverage and i've had no claims. i will be researching other companies for my home and auto insurance.
i wish i could give this insurance company zero stars. i’ve been a customer for a couple of years. every time i call with a question, i am given the runaround and transferred multiple times before i can actually get a question answered. my insurance rates have also increased over 38% over the last year with zero claims. i will be switching insurance companies as soon as possible.
