. i wish i never had to deal with frontier farm credit, but unfortunately, my husband and i had to refinance our 120 acre farm. throughout the entire process of refinancing the mortgage, frontier farm credit has not been helpful and actually has been the complete opposite. our initial meeting was with colin sanders. he was great! unfortunately, he left the company and we were passed on to monica carter. monica has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. the only communication we received from her was a nasty letter in the mail threatening foreclosure. we immediately called her and explained that we were current on our payments. she didn’t apologize, just said she would resend the letter with the correct information and hung up on us. she has not returned our phone calls and has refused to meet with us. she has also been unresponsive to our attorney’s inquiries. on top of all of that, the mortgage company illegally withdrew $9000 from our bank account and claims it was an error that cannot be fixed. we have contacted our attorney and will be proceeding with legal action.
