my father has had heartland insurance for years and years, and we have been very happy with them. they are always there when we need them, and they have always been fair with us. we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
i would never go back to them again. they may treat you nice but they will stab you in the back when you need them the most. i put in a claim on my home owners insurance and they refused to pay. they said it was an "act of god" and that it wasn't covered. i had to get a lawyer to get them to pay. i would not recommend them to anyone.
