i understand that mistakes happen, unfortunately this was not the case here. when i called to set up an appointment, i was told that the representative would come out between 10am and 12pm. i waited all day. i called at 1pm and was told that no one was available to come out and that i would have to wait until the next day. the next day i took another day off of work and waited again. no one showed up. i called and was told that they were short staffed and had too many calls. they said they could not give me a time that someone would be available and that there was nothing that they could do for me. i asked for a manager and was told that there was not one available. i have never been so disrespected by a company in my life. i will never do business with parallel concepts again.
