"this company is not easy to work with. i would not recommend them to anyone. after my purchase of a 5 years home warranty in october 2021, i have called them more than 4 times for a refrigerator problem. no one has come to my house to fix it yet. they told me that the refrigerator is not covered under the warranty but they don't want to give me my money back. they said we will give you credit to buy a new refrigerator which is not what i want. i want my money back. i am very unhappy with their service and i will never buy a warranty from them again."

"techserve alliance services corp at 1420 king street suite 610, alexandria va is a fraud. i was sold a home warranty insurance by these people and paid in full almost $600. unfortunately, when i filed a claim they said the equipment is not covered. i called several times and sent emails asking for a manager to call me back and nobody called. beware of these people they will rip you off and give you a hard time if you need to file a claim. i've already filed a complaint against them with the department of insurance."
