i had a wonderful experience with omni insurance. the customer service was excellent and they were very helpful in getting me the coverage i needed. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
after years of payments i had an accident in january 2023, my car was declared total lost, on 3/29/23 i still don't have my money! my bank released the loan i owed them on 3/14/23 and still don't have my reimbursement check! it's taking them forever to finalize this claim and give me what it corresponds to me by right!
i have been a customer of omni insurance for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. they are always prompt to respond to any questions or concerns i have. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
i have no problem with there service but the fact is that i have a car insurance with them for 8 years and i never file any claim and no ticket not even a speading ticket but my car insurance kept on going up every 6 month and i ask them why every 6 month they said it is because of my age but i am only 40 years old and if i am 55 years old how much will i be paying 600 to 800 per 6 month. i am very disapointed in this company but i have no choice but to keep on paying them because i don't want to lose my 8 years with them.
