stuart keffer, the owner of this place, was very responsive throughout our claim process. he always kept me well informed as to the status of our claim, and fought for me when it was needed. insurance companies do not make it easy to get full payment for losses, and having someone in your corner that knows the process inside and out is very helpful. highly recommend.
