i have been dealing with idc insurance for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. they are always quick to respond to my questions and have always been there to help me when i need them.
idc insurance & financial services, llc is committing a crime by not paying claims. their lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and lack of desire to service their customers is a crime. this agency will minimize, delay, and deny claims to avoid paying. save yourself some time, energy, and possibly some health issues, and report them to the department of insurance.
the fraudulent claim of the policyholder was denied by the company on time. i thank the claims team for their speedy response.
