joe richardson insurance agency inc is one of the worst insurance companies i ever had to deal with. i had to wait over 2 months to get a response to my claim. when i finally got a response, it was a denial. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
joe richardson insurance agency inc is a good insurance company. i have been with them for 5 years and have never had any problems. the customer service is great and they are always willing to help me with any questions i have.
joe richardson insurance agency inc deserves zero stars. the customer service is terrible. i was lied to by the representative i spoke with. i was told that my insurance would be $150 per month and then when i received the bill it was $250. when i called to ask about the discrepancy, i was given the runaround and no one could give me a straight answer. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
