employers insurance group, inc. located in 281 main st, fitchburg ma. very bad service. it took them a week to send out someone to check on my home after i filed the claim. the adjuster, joseph black, was not complete or thorough with his inspection and estimate. he did not try to contact me after the initial inspection ,even though he said he would. i had to contact him to ask questions about the claim so i can get the repairs going. i am still waiting for him to contact me back with answers. very poor service.
had a driver hit me from the side while my car was parked. i contacted employers insurance group right away to report the accident and file a claim. they sent out an adjuster to inspect the damage on my car. the adjuster was prompt and courteous. he explained the claims process to me in detail. the insurance company processed my claim quickly and i received a check for the damages within a week. i am very satisfied with the service i received from employers insurance group.
