berthel fisher has been my insurance provider since i purchased my first car at 16. they've always taken great care of me and have always been so helpful and friendly. i recently had to file a claim for the first time and they made the process so easy. i'm so glad i have berthel fisher as my insurance provider.
i would change companies in a heartbeat unfortunately we cannot as this insurance is through my husband's employer. i feel like the customer service is horrible. i am not sure if it is because we have not had any claims, but you would think they would want to keep us happy! unfortunately i would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
very knowledgeable staff and very quick to resolve any issues i may have had. i highly recommend giving bethel fisher & company a try.
