capfinancial agents don't seem to fully understand the majority of their client's needs. i have a policy through them and i called to inquire about how my policy would be impacted by updating my vehicle's address. after 5 minutes on hold, i was informed by the agent that my rate would actually increase because the zip code i am moving to is more likely for theft. i did some research of my own and found that this is not the case for other insurance agencies. i immediately canceled my policy and went with another agency. i have been with my new agency for 2 years now with no issues.
