excelsior insurance brokerage is a fantastic insurance agency. i have been a customer of theirs for many years and have always been impressed with their level of service. but recently i had a claim and was very disappointed with how it was handled. the claims process was slow and difficult, and i felt like i was not being treated fairly. i would not recommend excelsior insurance brokerage to anyone.
