i don't recommend this credit union to anyone because they will cause you nothing but stress and headaches. i spoke with a nice lady named heather and she was extremely helpful and was able to help me with everything i needed. when it came time to finalize my account and get everything straightened out heather was not there and i spoke with one of her coworkers and she gave me the run around and completely messed everything up. at this point i called back and spoke with heather again who again was helpful and was able to fix the mess that her coworker created. the coworker once again messed up my account and caused me a lot of problems. i had to call back for the third time to straighten everything out and the coworker was giving heather a hard time about fixing her mistakes and heather was trying to stand up for herself and was extremely professional but the coworker was being very unprofessional and trying to blame heather for her own mistakes. i will never bank with members first credit union ever again. heather is the only one at that location that is helpful and knows what she is doing. if you go to this location ask for heather specifically. customer service is horrible at this location. i don't recommend this location to anyone because they will do nothing but cause you stress and headaches.
i have been a member of members first credit union for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful and i have never had any problems with my accounts. i would highly recommend members first credit union to anyone looking for a great financial institution.
