pachners insurance has got to be the worst insurance company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I've been with them for over 10 years and have never had a claim. I recently had a claim and they denied it. I was told that I didn't have the right coverage. I was never told this when I purchased the policy. I'm now stuck with a $10,000 bill. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
