i have been with this company for over 20 years and have never had a problem. the staff is always friendly and helpful. i have had to file a few claims over the years and they have always been processed quickly and fairly.
overall, these guys are just ok. i was with them for over 10 years and never had a problem until i had to file a claim. it took forever to get my claim processed and i had to call several times to get updates. i also wasn't happy with the amount of my settlement. i ended up switching to a different company after that.
this place is a joke and i don't recommend it to anyone. the employees are rude and seem to not want to be bothered. i switched insurance companies right after my experience. they can't seem to get anything right or on time.
