i've called twice today to see if i can get my phone repaired since it won't charge and the phone is less than 3 months old. i was told to bring it to this location for repairs but when i get there, i'm told that they can't because i didn't pre-order the repair like they told me to do on the phone. no one told me i needed to do this and the agent that told me to show up here didn't ask if i had set up an appointment. awful customer experience.
