this agency is a scam ran by con artists. after 6 months of being a member i’m thinking about reverting my membership back to good financial, this place seems very sketchy and not consumer friendly. the hours are terrible and the staff is rude. steer clear! this place is a scam avoid at all cost! absolutely horrible customer service. agents are rude and act like they are better than you for no reason. they provided the wrong information and blamed me for calling to confirm what was discussed.
