me financial federal credit union has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. when i try to contact a representative by phone, i am either hung up on or told that my account is closed. when i go into a branch, i am treated like a criminal. i would not recommend this credit union to anyone.
after many years with this credit union, my experience with membership financial has been refreshingly positive, at every point of contact. when i need to speak to a human, they pick up the phone within 3 rings. they have been fair and responsive in dealing with my identity theft issue.
