wednesday, october 14, 2020 my experience with this office was terrible. i received a phone call two days before my medicare supplement was scheduled to go into effect. the agent requested that i provide her with the confirmation of my part d enrollment. she assured me that she would take care of everything and make sure that my new policy and cards would be issued. i received no contact from the agent until i called her several times and finally spoke to another representative that had to reprocess my enrollment. my new policy was not received until one day after my previous coverage expired. i had to pay for cobra coverage for the month of october. agent claims that my coverage was processed correctly and complete in a timely manner. this is not true. although this is not a wewdbsush issue, they did nothing to help resolve this problem and still expect full commission.

david is the best!! i just called to get a new policy and david was so efficient and helpful! i did have a slight issue with the online system and david followed up with me and helped me right away! he also compared my previous policy that i had with another company and helped me get a lower rate with better coverage! i would recommend david as an insurance agent to anyone!

it was frustrating that after we met with [agent's name] in the newport beach office, my partner was not able to access their account online and i was unable to get any kind of customer service on the phone. i finally got someone on the phone after calling multiple times in the next day or two and they were not able to resolve the issue. i was told to visit the office--which in covid times when everyone is trying to avoid being in person is not ideal. i was also told that the agent would call me back within 24 hours and we are now 3 days out and i have not gotten a call back.

very helpful, took their time, answered all questions. quick turn around. saved me money. will recommend to others, and already referred to close friend.
