if you are looking for a new insurance company, i highly recommend allstate. they have been nothing but helpful and professional. i have been with them for over 10 years and have never had any problems. i have had to file a few claims over the years and each time they have been quick to respond and resolve the issue.
allstate has been my go to for the past 3 years. when i first got insurance on my then new vehicle i got a quote from a few of the big guys, like geico and progressive, and allstate offered me the best quote so i chose them. i never really had to use them until my car got broken into in a parking lot last year. i was devastated and immediately called my insurance. i was so worried about having to pay my deductible and getting my car fixed in a timely manner. but allstate made the process so easy. they paid for my rental car and got my car fixed in just a couple of weeks. i was so relieved and grateful. i'm so glad i chose allstate.
