liberty benefits group's 'assured plus' plan is a joke. i was in the hospital and called liberty benefits to make a claim and i was told that my policy had lapsed! i contacted my agent and he told me that my payment had been declined by my bank and he had sent me notices. i never received these notices and i would have immediately taken care of the declined payment had i known. my policy lapsed due to a lack of communication on liberty benefits part, and they refused to reinstate my policy! i am now stuck with thousands of dollars of medical bills due to their incompetence.
i have been a customer of liberty benefits group for over 10 years and i have always been happy with their service. i have had to file several claims over the years and they have always been processed quickly and efficiently. i would highly recommend liberty benefits group to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable insurance provider.
