i have been a client of aaa for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. i recently had to file a claim for a broken windshield and the process was very easy. i was able to file the claim online and get a new windshield installed within a few days.

i didn't ever actually make it to the basement office to meet mrs. gibbs, the lawyer who is supposed to review my case. i called and spoke to someone named charles who was very rude. he told me i had to come in to her office to meet her and bring all of my information. i was willing to do that but called back to confirm with mrs. gibbs and the lady who answered the phone said she was out of the office that day but would call me back the next day. she never did. i called a week later and didn't get a call back. i called again and was greeted again by rudeness. i am now looking for a more professional business to take care of my case.
