first state central texas insurance agency ltd. is not to be trusted. i went into their office as a new customer and was promised a personal quote right away. i waited for 2 hours and still no quote. when i left the office, i called 2 days later and was told they still did not have it ready. i called again a week later and was told again that they did not have the quote ready. i am very disappointed and will not be going back.
