after getting into an accident that was not my fault i called rmia to file a claim and was given a very hard time. after being jerked around for three weeks i got a call from some supervisor who basically proceeded to tell me how lucky i was that rmia was covering the claim at all since it had been 5 hours from the time of the accident until i called them. i had told them every single time i spoke to them that i did not have a working phone at home and the supervisor still had the audacity to complain about how long it took me to report the accident.
rmia reps were really helpful - they were very responsive whenever i called and they always cheerily answered my questions. they also helped me find the best value for my rmia policies. they are very honest and forthcoming about their insurance info. they really care about customer service and it shows.
