i walked into this branch needing to open an account and yolanda went above and beyond to help me. i had the need to go into other branches and i was always met with smiles and pleasant attitudes. the loan process was simple and jose did a great job in helping. i would highly recommend the credit union to anyone in need of banking.
i am happy with coastal community federal credit union, however, i wish that they were open on saturdays like most banks are. overall, i am satisfied with the services provided at this institution.
