i have been a customer of alliance america corporation for over 5 years and have never had any problems. i have had to file a few claims over the years and they have always been processed quickly and efficiently. the customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help. i would definitely recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
alliance america corporation is the biggest rip off of an insurance agency i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a claim until this year. i had a small fender bender in august of 2022 and filed a claim. it took them over 2 months to process the claim and send me a check for the repairs. i had to call them multiple times to get updates on the status of the claim and was always given the runaround. the customer service is terrible and they are very difficult to get ahold of. i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
