texas people federal credit union is the worst. i have been a member for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently tried to get a loan and was denied. i was told that i did not have enough collateral. i have a good job and make a good salary, so i was very surprised. i called customer service to try to get more information, but they were very rude and unhelpful. i will never do business with them again.
