dominion insurance services, inc. you get what you pay for. having been with them for about seven years, i have never had an issue. i had a claim about three years ago for a rear-end accident. the at-fault party was uninsured, and my car was totaled. dominion insurance services, inc. not only paid my claim quickly but also helped me find a rental car for the remaining time of my lease. keep in mind that this was a 2012 charger rt, so finding something comparable was not easy. my agent, *amy reed*, worked diligently to make sure that i was taken care of. i am happy with their service and have always recommended them to family and friends. if you are looking for an insurance agency that cares about their clients, dominion insurance services, inc. is the place for you.
dominion insurance services, inc. is a great insurance company. i have been with them for over 10 years and have never had any problems. their customer service is excellent, and they are always there to help me with any questions i have. i would highly recommend dominion insurance services, inc. to anyone looking for an insurance company.
if i could give dominion insurance services, inc. zero stars, i would. this is the worst insurance company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. their customer service is terrible and they are extremely slow to process claims. i have been waiting for over two months for my claim to be processed, and i still have not received a check. i have called them multiple times to check on the status of my claim, and each time i am given the runaround. i am so frustrated with dominion insurance services, inc. and i would not recommend them to anyone.
