employee benefit solutions inc does not have customer service. their website is a joke. i am beyond frustrated. they tell you that you can't get insurance through them directly and you must go through your employer. however, for some reason, they are able to take your money with no problem. i have left several messages and no one calls me back. i have even gone so far as to get my employer involved with no results. do not use this company.
