this independent insurance company provided great and very friendly service. they were able to find me a rate that was $200 less than my previous carrier for the same coverage. i will most definitely be getting all my insurance needs from them in the future.
not the greatest insurance company. i have had to deal with better representatives from other companies. i still get the run around from them. took me 6 months to get something resolved from them after numeorus phone calls and voicemails. maybe if i had a different representative this would have been an easier process. overall i am very disappointed with my service.
