amerilife of florida, llc customer service is lousy. their claim department is the worst. i've been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i filed a claim for a broken window and they denied it. i called to appeal the decision and was told that i would have to wait 60 days for a decision. i'm so frustrated with their service that i'm considering canceling my policy.
