i've been a customer of integrated benefits grp inc for over 10 years and i've always been happy with their service. they're always quick to respond to my questions and they've always been able to help me with my insurance needs.
integrated benefits grp inc is the worst insurance company i've ever dealt with. they're rude, they're unhelpful, and they're impossible to get ahold of. i would not recommend them to anyone.
integrated benefits grp inc's staff helped me with my medicare enrollment and they were quick and thorough. the agent assigned to me, samantha jarrett, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. she answered all of my questions in detail and made sure i understood everything before i made any decisions. she was also very patient with me and took the time to explain everything in a way that i could understand. i would definitely recommend integrated benefits grp inc to anyone who is looking for help with their medicare enrollment.
integrated benefits grp inc is a joke. i've been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week now and i can't get anyone to return my calls. i'm so frustrated with this company. i would not recommend them to anyone.
