horrible customer service! i called in to get a quote for insurance and waited on hold for over 30 minutes before i finally hung up. i thought i would give them another chance, but i have the same awful experience when i called in again a few days later. the agent was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. i am never going to do business with this company!
