i am so glad that i switched to superior flood. they have been so helpful and responsive. i had a question about my policy and they were able to answer it quickly and easily. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flood insurance.
i have been a customer of superior flood for over 10 years and i have always been happy with their service. they are always quick to respond to my questions and they have always been there for me when i needed them.
however, when i contacted this insurance agency on 6/1/2022 about a coverage issue, i was given the most absurd and incorrect advice from a 'customer service representative' named 'cheyenne taylor'. she stated that i would not be covered for hurricane damage which is absolutely ludicrous and false. this woman was rude, argumentative, lacked knowledge regarding her own company's policies and hung up on me when she couldn't answer my questions.
