"i would not recommend rooke, johnson & renshaw to anyone!! i have used their services for years and have been nothing but disappointed. i have had to call and remind them multiple times to file claims on my behalf, they have lost important documents and made me jump through hoops just to get a simple certificate of insurance. their customer service is terrible and they are very disorganized. i would definitely not recommend them to anyone."
