i have had a homeowners and 2 autos insured with specialty advantage since 2019. i have never had a claim. i pay my bill online . every year when my renewal comes up there is always an increase in premium. i had shopped around for other insurance companies and i couldn't find anything close to what i am paying now. i am very happy with specialty advantage.
i've been with this company since 2018 . i have always paid my bill on time. 6/11/22 i was short on funds and i called to explain my situation, not only was the agent i spoke to very rude and nasty but also told me there was nothing they could do. i was told i had 10 days to pay my bill or it would be canceled. i really didn't appreciate the way i was spoken to. if i could give them zero stars i would.
