i am very happy with the coverage i have with them and it has always been a pleasure in dealing with them for any questions or concerns i have as i get older and need more help. they are friendly, prompt, and very helpful. i feel that i am getting the coverage needed for me at a reasonable cost.

theresa's review is very accurate! i was also lied to on multiple occasions. i was told that my daughter would be covered in the event she needed surgery, but when she did, i was told that she wasn't. i had to pay the bill on my own because i was not able to get the policy reinstituted. the customer service is just as awful as the insurance. i've had multiple phone calls drop randomly just because the representatives didn't like my questions.
