i waited for three hours, just to sign some papers. i waited for three hours for them to tell me that they did not have a notary on site. i come back at my appointment time and i'm waiting for three more hours.
this service department is terrible. i was told that my truck would be finished being serviced that day. i waited 3 hours only to be told that they did not have the part and it would be another 3 days.
